Facility Western Valve's facility is located on 5 acres in Bakersfield, California. Our state of the art manufacturing facility is 50,000 square feet and is separated into the following areas: 4,000 square feet High Bay testing area 20,000 lbs. weight crane capacity 30 feet high capability Hydraulic Test Stand (Calder 1400-16); 10,000 psi Hydrostatic & 100 psi pneumatic 35,000 square feet New manufacturing area 50,000 sq. ft. Toyoda FA800 Horizontal Macnining Center

Western Valve has two state of the art Toyoda FA800 CNC Horizontal Machining Centers.  These CNC machining centers help Western Valve produce the highest quality valves and parts possible and help reduce overall production times and lower costs.

The Toyoda Machining Centers are built for large and heavy workpieces and have a shared pallet system with 20 (31.5" pallets) that allow the staging of jobs and the ability to run unattended 24 hours per day.  These systems can be remotely viewed online to allow our production and engineering 24 hour monitoring access.
