Valve Exchange Program
In addition to DAN-EX valves and parts,
Western Valve also supplies parts for
General Twin Seal® Plug Valves.
As a value-added service, we offer an
exchange program for seating slips sizes
from 2” to 16”.
This exchange program allows end-users and
repair shops to purchase replacement slips,
then return the original valve slips for
core credit. Western Valve offers a variety
of trim materials for re-bonded slips
directed at various applications.

The remanufacturing of a valve is the process of disassembly and recovery at the module level and, eventually, at the component level. It requires the repair or replacement of worn out or obsolete components and modules. Parts subject to degradation affecting the performance or the expected life of the whole are replaced. Remanufacturing differs from other recovery processes in its completeness: a remanufactured machine should match the same customer expectation as new machines.
